To be considered for financial aid, a study 在国外 student must:

1. Complete a Free Application for Federal Student 援助 (FAFSA) on line
2. Be enrolled in an eligible program and pursuing a degree objective at PCC

4. Not be in default or owe a repayment on federal loans and grants

Financial aid disbursements typically occur at the beginning of each term and direct student loan disbursements are paid at the beginning of the enrollment period.
